CNC Machinist

Summary: This position is primarily responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts; loading parts in machine, cycle machines, detecting malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools; running production lots, communicating with co-workers and/or supervisor regarding production runs, and maintaining safe, organized and clean work environment by performing the following duties. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for part set up. Responsible for changes to programs resulting in ability to produce quality parts. Grouping of jobs to reduce set-up time and improve productivity. Responsible for proper maintenance and cleaning of machine center. Responsible for working with Planners and Machine Shop Managers to produce parts according to due date of the work-order. Responsible for making sure the tools required for the next work-order are in place, minimizing down time. Monitoring set-up and run time to make sure the correct time is recorded on the routing. Responsible for recording and notifying Planner and/or Machine Shop Manager when a work-order or NCMR or ECR number is not provided with a part. Responsible for suggesting ways to improve the process, which could result in, higher quality and costs savings. Responsible for maintaining and establishing tooling to minimize run time and increasing throughput. Job Requirements High school or technical school education, or equivalent 1 year experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment. Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer This position is primarily responsible for performing engineering duties in research, planning, and design electrical and electromechanical products and systems, and coordinates activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, and installation of products and systems by performing the following duties. Job responsibilities: Adapt and apply electrical system architecture to meet specific tractor development program requirements Ensure that all components and system interaction of the electrical system meet or exceed their function requirements Evaluate and report performance of electrical system, as well as, individual components subjectively and objectively Resolve technical issues for performance and integration between system components and Harlan Global Authorize new and changed electronic component calibrations. Support and own other components as needed Calculate and properly size electric drive motors for new and current tractors Creates schematics Develops automotive-type component selection, circuit protection and automotive/industrial wiring Coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications Evaluates engineering change requests and recommends design modifications to eliminate production and assembly difficulties Familiarizes with the ISO 9001-2008 Requirements Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned HMI Programming Familiarity with CAN, J1939, and other vehicle communication protocols Ability to program components (i.e., displays) using C/C++ or other applicable language(s) Ability to design and implement telemetry systems to allow for remote diagnostics and fleet management and service Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering from four-year college or university; plus 5-15 years related experience and/or training in such subjects as: electric drive motors and wiring harnesses for vehicles Experience with battery specification and delivery. Understands basics of battery chemistry, charging and mechanical construction Experience making contributions to the design and delivery of electrical systems with a history of component design application. Working knowledge of electrical power and signal distribution strategies with a history of applying these strategies to component and system designs Has adapted proven test methods to validate electrical component/system performance and functionality Demonstrated ability in recommending new tools to expand test capabilities Demonstrates an advanced understanding of engineering calculations and regularly applies them to design problems and references calculations in reports and analysis guides. Can quickly recall and demonstrate engineering calculations during design reviews to provide decision ready information Develops equation-based spreadsheet, programs, or scripts that are considered best practice for the design and analysis community Understands project management tools and principles through training and experience Knowledge of the tools and capabilities available to verify functionality, configure modules, and diagnose issues Working with R&D department, and final assembly line build outs Proficient at AutoCAD software package, and Pro-E software experience is a plus Project management skills Lithium battery experience a plus Windchill experience a plus Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; work well under pressure; able to manage multiple projects. Forklift Mechanic

Forklift Mechanic This position is primarily responsible for performing under limited supervision work in the repair and maintenance of forklifts, electric lifts, pallet jacks and tractors; and troubleshooting fast and accurately on all pieces of equipment by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Routine maintenance and repairs on electric and motorized forklifts, electric lifts, pallet jacks and rental tractors. Experience working with gas and diesel motors Ensuring that the equipment is functioning smoothly and is safe for operating. Interacting with forklift drivers to know of any malfunctions in the forklifts. Test driving forklifts to detect issues and repairing any malfunctions with the equipment. Maintaining a record of the service cycles, part changes, and daily inspection sheets. Following all company and OSHA safety standards. Ensuring the proper handling of all repair tools and testing equipment. Removes replaces and/or repairs broken machinery parts. Completes requisition orders for machinery parts and locates vendors Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician This position is primarily responsible for all building maintenance; ensuring a clean, orderly building environment. Heavy labor is required to complete this job. Transmission Assembler

Transmission Assembler Job Responsibilities: Disassembles transmission cores Inspects all components for compliance Cleans and sub assembles all parts Rebuilds transmission to factory specifications Provides technical support to tractor shop Conducts research and development on new products. Maintains customer satisfaction with transmission related products. Uses research and development to find solutions to existing problems with equipment. Some tractor assembly may be required.
